The T&C’s are:

  1. Two night minimum stay.
  2. Deposit required is at a rate of 50% of the total balance and to be paid within 24 hours to secure the booking.
  3. Please send the deposit receipt via email or text so we can secure the booking from external bookings sites, so we don’t encounter double bookings, as we cannot secure your booking until the deposit is paid. *Due to the nature of the bookings being a ‘group’ booking, with most people booking months in advance, we cannot accept cancellations with refunds due to loss of income as its not a ‘last minute; type place to replace your booking.
  4. Any cancellation further than 6 months out of the booking will incur the full deposit amount to be retained for administration costs and loss of income.
  5. Any cancellations within 6 months, incurs the full amount of the entire booking to be paid and an invoice will be sent for the balance to be paid in full.
  6. We can only offer alternate dates if we can refill your original booking dates and not incur a loss of income, otherwise the full balance is required to be paid in full.
