Our stay at the Petite Chalet was nothing short of amazing. I can confidently say that it was an experience worth every star. From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the beauty of this house.

The layout of the property was thoughtfully designed, especially for families. The kids had their own separate lounge and sleeping area, allowing them to have their space while the adults could relax and socialise in another lounge area. The attention to detail was impeccable – the house was not only well-equipped but also spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Sasha, the host, has a keen eye for decor; the ambiance she has created is incredibly homely, making us feel welcomed and comfortable throughout our stay.

One of the highlights of our evenings was gathering around the fire pit, toasting marshmallows, relaxing with a grazing board and a glass of wine or two.

The kids had a fantastic time exploring the surrounding area, and it was lovely to see the boys being boys and building a treehouse by the river, this kept them entertained for hours. The house’s proximity to Bridgetown was convenient, and we enjoyed leisurely walks into town. A special mention goes to the local lolly shop, which was a hit among both young and older members of our group.

This fabulous chateau is a piece of France in Australia. When you walk inside you are immediately struck by the beautiful, eclectic mix of traditional with modern accents, Soho House meets country charm. The property was well equipped, welcoming and had a beautiful energy – you felt at home as soon as you walked in. Our host was super responsive on text and gave so much information ahead of arrival we were able to plan a full weekend off the back of the information she provided. There were a lot of beautiful outdoor spaces to enjoy at the property as well as a riverside walk across the road.

Our group of 9 had a wonderful time and enjoyed the space very much. We shared a fun week cooking, playing games and having great conversation around the table. Bridgetown is a beautiful place, we enjoyed a few drives through the rolling hills. Thank you Sasha, we had a great week at the property. So much space for us to feel comfortable. Good morning Sasha & Marty thank you for an amazing retreat at the Le Petit Chateau. The three course French Dinner was superb, beautiful experience.

We have just hired ‘Le Petit Chateau’ for our 10 year wedding vow renewal. It was such a perfect weekend in the most amazing location. Sasha was great and very accommodating for us, it was perfect! The property has been designed beautifully and was the best winter get away.

Le Petit Chateau Bridgetown is a beautiful home that fit all 14 of us and made us fee rested and at home.

Beautifully decorated with super comfortable beds and sofas!

The outdoor area was also wonderful just a shame it was raining while we were there.

Definitely recommend this home for big family trips.

This cottage is absolutely gorgeous! The kitchen is a dream to cook in and the shower was a favourite, feeling one with nature.

Sasha & Marty have thought of everything to make your stay a home away from home and were so gracious in accommodating our every needs.

Waking up to the birds and view of the river is serene.

Loved staying at Sasha’s place as she made us feel very welcomed and was responsive everytime.

The house was beautiful and huge and we all enjoyed the scenery surrounding us, as well as a welcoming area.

Loved the host and would 100% recommend staying here.

First time staying at Le Petit, however our group felt like home as soon as we reached there. The house is beautiful and well maintained. The kitchen and pantry had more than enough supplies to last our visit. Wish we had one more night to stay here, however the property was fully booked out, no wonder why. Sasha is very friendly and helpful. Would definitely like to come back for another visit in the not so distant future.

We were lucky enough to stay at Le Petit Chateau Riverside Retreat for two nights over Christmas Eve and Christmas Day.
The house is open, spacious and gorgeously decorated. We are a large group of 10 adults and felt that there was plenty of room for us all. There are several sitting areas in the house large enough for us to all sit together comfortably. All the beds were comfortable, and all the bedrooms had robes and slippers in them which was also a lovely touch.
The house is very well equipped with kitchenware, beautiful plates, glasses, table mats, everything we could possibly need.
Sasha is a fabulous host, she is very responsive, friendly and communication was clear and easy to follow.
We would absolutely recommend a stay at this stunning property for a large group, the house is perfect.
