The T&C’s are:

  1. Two night minimum stay.
  2.  A 50% deposit is required upon booking to secure the reservation.
  3. The remaining 50% balance is due the week before commencement of the booking.
  4. There are no refunds if you need to cancel the booking due to the nature of a group booking being difficult to rebook at short notice.  We don’t get last minute bookings as people book months in advance to organise group holidays, thus, we lose income on cancellations so,  if you cannot complete your stay due to medical or other legitimate unforeseen reasons, we will credit your booking towards an alternative date that’s available.
  5. If the cancellation occurs outside of 3 months prior to the booking the 50% is kept to cover losses.
  6. If the cancellation occurs within 3 months of the booking, we request the balance to be paid in full and your dates assigned to another available time.
